Q) What are the delivery charges?

A) We offer free Delivery on all orders above Rs.3000. For orders less than Rs.3000, delivery charges of Rs.110 will apply


Q) How long does it take to deliver the order?

A) All orders placed from Apricart will be delivered with in 24 hours.


Q) Is there a minimum order value?

No, there is no minimum value.


Q) Can I modify my order?

You can change your order by contacting our customer care service at 0304-1110195 . Once our personal shoppers have purchased any items, then the order can’t be modified.

You can either pay cash on delivery or online payment by card.

Q) Is there a difference between the store price and the Apricart price?

We do not charge a commission on the store prices. We give original store bill to our customers with all orders.


Q) What if I receive the wrong item?

If your order is not as per the instructions given in your order, we will make it right by returning or exchanging the product for you.


Q) How can I place my Order?

  1. Browse categories or enter the product name in the Search bar at the top of the page to find required items
  2. Add desired product by clicking on “Add to Cart”
  3. Click on cart to review selected products before placing order
  4. Confirm address & location
  5. Choose preferred payment method.
  6. Place your Order!


Q) Can I place the order for someone else?

A) Yes. At the time of checkout, fill in the details of the person who will receive the order along with a contact number. You can also add new address/location in My Address option.


Q) What are the delivery charges?

A) You can avail free Delivery on order of Rs.500 or above. Delivery charges of Rs.59 will be charged for orders worth below Rs.500.


Q) Is there a minimum order value?

A) No, there is no minimum order value.


Q) How long does it take to deliver the order?

A) All orders placed from Apricart before 8 pm are delivered the same day. Orders placed after 8 pm are delivered the next day.

A) Apricart is operational from 10am till 11 pm.


Q) Can I place my order from anywhere in Pakistan?

A) We are currently providing services in Karachi & Peshawar only.

Q) Can I tip my rider?

A) Yes, you can! All tips go directly to our riders, and you can tip your rider when they come to drop off your order.


Q) Any extra charges for click & collect?

A) No, there are no extra charges for click & Collect


Q) How many stores are there for C & C?

A) Currently, there is only one c & c store in Karachi. We will be opening more stores soon.


Q) Where is the C & C store located?

A) Shop No.26, Ground Floor, Rufi Paradise, Bock No.18, KDA Scheme # 36, Gulistan e Jauhar, Karachi.


Q) How will I get the refund for the access amount in case of Online payment?

A) The amount will be refunded to your account within a day.
